Standardize

A shared standard for 21st-century competencies

We co-design and align a shared 21st-century competency standard with policy and system leaders. This means translating global and national frameworks into one usable language of competence that can be applied in curriculum, programmes, technology, and measurement.

Turning competency standards into real learning

We design and support competency-based learning, embedding the standard into curriculum, pedagogy, and classroom practice. Our work is grounded in active, project-based pedagogies; aligned to national curriculum requirements; and orientated toward education for sustainability and real-world problem solving.

03 Measure

Making competence visible through technology

We measure competence at two levels. At the programme level, we design evaluation frameworks that track whether 21st-century competencies are being developed across cohorts and sites. At the individual level, we are now delivering our AI-powered assessment engine — technology that analyses learner submissions and generates competency-based skills reports.

04 Connect

Connecting competencies to opportunity pathways

We activate ecosystem partners — NGOs, funders, and employers — to adopt the same standard for programmes, monitoring, and youth pathways. This means helping organisations design and run initiatives that develop whole people and communities, not just technical skills, and then recognise that development using the shared competency standard.
